What personal data do we collect?

Contact form: when you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message, in order to respond to your inquiry.

Our apps: Dishly and My Wind Caddie may collect their own user data — for example account details, recipe data (Dishly), and location data for wind measurement (My Wind Caddie).

Purpose and legal basis

We process data from the contact form to handle and respond to your inquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest). Analytics cookies are used only with consent (legal basis: consent).

Retention period

Data from the contact form is stored only as long as needed to handle the matter, after which it is deleted. Cookie consents are stored in your browser until you change them.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. Data may be shared with service providers needed to run the business, such as an email service for contact messages and App Store/Google Play analytics for the apps. Any recipients outside the EU/EEA are handled with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
